- The side and amount you want to trade
- The live Quote.Trade app or API
Understand what stays private
Your orders and trades are private. Quote.Trade does not post your order side, price, or size to a public order book before execution.
Place the order through Quote.Trade
Place the order through the Quote.Trade app, API, bot, or approved agent tool. Matching, pricing, and risk checks run in Quote.Trade’s off-chain engine without displaying the order on a public book.

Check the exact price and available size
Review the side, amount, all-in price, payment currency, and leverage before submitting. Compare the same size with another venue when you want to check execution quality.
Know what remains visible on-chain
Deposits and withdrawals are blockchain transactions and can be viewed on a block explorer. The funding transfers are public; your Quote.Trade orders and trades remain private.
Keep order details out of logs and public channels
Do not post planned orders in public channels. Keep API credentials, logs, screenshots, and agent prompts from exposing unnecessary account or order details.
Common problems and fixes
Are my orders and trades private?
Yes. Quote.Trade keeps orders and trades private and does not publish them to a public order book. Deposits and withdrawals remain visible on-chain.
Why is my deposit visible on a block explorer?
Because deposits and withdrawals are blockchain transactions. Their visibility does not publish your private order or trade.
What if another venue has a better price?
Use the better terms or change the amount. Private execution is useful only when the all-in price and available size are acceptable.
